Privacy policy
Who we are
This site is operated by Rinavera Systems, LLC, the privacy controller for contact submissions made through this site.
For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, use the contact form, or write to the published contact email: hello@rinavera.com
Contact submissions
The contact form collects the information you enter: name, work email, company, role, website, your message, and optional context (current AI/product situation, timeline, scope, how you found us). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Technical metadata is processed to keep the form safe: a hash derived from your IP address and user agent is used for rate limiting. The contact submission does not store your raw IP address. The hash and user-agent information may be stored with the inquiry in our internal platform; hashing does not make this information anonymous. Basic attribution (the page you landed on, UTM parameters, referrer domain) may be stored with your submission. No unnecessary browsing history is collected.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics. No consent banner is required in this configuration. If an analytics provider is added later, this policy must be updated first and consent requirements evaluated.
Data retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant interaction, then deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for the establishment or defense of a legal claim. Rate-limit counters use hashes in memory on the marketing server and in short-lived database records on the internal platform. These records support abuse prevention, not advertising or cross-site tracking. A submission's associated technical metadata follows the inquiry's retention policy.
